Official Transcripts: The
transcript of a student’s academic record will be released by the
director of academic records only upon receipt of a student’s written
request. No degrees or certificates will be awarded and no transcript
of credit will be issued until all financial obligations to the
University are discharged in full and a student’s academic file is
complete in the Academic Records Office.
Unofficial Transcripts: Currently enrolled students may obtain
an unofficial student copy of their transcript from the Academic
Records Office. There is no charge for transcripts.
Transcripts of Transfer Credit:
A transcript of a student’s record from another university or college
is not forwarded to a third institution. The student should request
another transcript from the original institution.
