Operation Christmas Child & Trevecca

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a worldwide children's project of Samaritan's Purse that uses shoe boxes filled with toys, school supplies and necessity items to let hurting children know God loves them and they are not forgotten. Since 1993, more than 100 million boys and girls in over 130 countries have experienced God’s love through the power of simple shoebox gifts from Operation Christmas Child.

Trevecca is excited to announce campus as an Operation Christmas Child relay center for the downtown Nashville area. Shoeboxes will be collected from churches, schools, and organizations and taken to the main Operation Christmas Child distribution center. From November 18 to 25, Tarter Student Activity Center will be open to the public for box drop-off. To pick up an empty box, contact Jennifer Neely at jneely@trevecca.edu or (615) 248-1346.
