Writing Tutor Schedule Spring 2014

Consultations

By appointment only — contact Donna Gray.

I. Individual Writing Consultations

  • appointments usually during regular office hours M-F, but, in some cases where not possible, exceptions may be made to meet during evening or Saturday hours.

II. Group Writing Consultations

Paper Reviews

Must allow at least three business days.

  • You may send your papers as an attachment for feedback to WritingServices@trevecca.edu or dgray@trevecca.edu.
  • You should also include any instructions given by the professor.
  • In the accompanying e-mail, you should give your name, name of course, professor’s name, and instructions about what problem areas you want addressed.
  • The paper will be scanned or sent back within three working days.

Grammatical Mistakes, Punctuation Rules, Effective Writing Strategies
At times you may need a quick review of the elements of grammar, mechanics, and punctuation. These files contain condensed explanations directly from The Bedford Handbook to refresh your knowledge of common grammatical, punctuation, and clarity issues. Some of the handouts are still under construction.
