What our students say
"I loved this program . . . Having it available online was perfect for me as I don't live near a University, let alone a Christian University. The instructors were willing to work with us, and responded to our thoughts and questions quickly. The dialogue with instructors and students was meaningful and very helpful. I really enjoyed studying with Christians of different denominations and worship styles.I have missed going to this class each day."
"Being a part of the Worship Seminar Series at Trevecca has helped enrich, strengthen, and challenge what I thought and believed about leading Worship. Thanks to the professors and directors for helping give me a literal “How to Lead” guide when leading people in worship each week! I am proud to be able to encourage my local Church in embracing new ways to Worship God while keeping Him the center of our Lives: not just on Sundays! Without the help of the team at Trevecca Nazarene University’s Worship Certificate Program, I would not be as confident as a new Worship Leader when selecting songs/scriptures/liturgical items/sacraments for our Worship Services."
"I had felt the call of Worship Leadership on my life for many years. However, as a Pastor's Wife and mother of three, I was limited by time and finances in the pursuit of becoming a well rounded worship leader. After attending a worship conference, I became aware of the Seminar Series in Worship Arts through Trevecca Nazarene University. I discovered that not only was this program rich in theology and practical application, but was completely online and very affordable. My instructors were knowledgeable in their respective fields of study and encouraged me to strive for excellence while stretching me to encounter all that God had for me. The program proved to be challenging, enriching and a time of growth for me, both as a Christian and Worship Leader."
