Center for Leadership Effectiveness and Renewal

CLEAR (The Center for Leadership Effectiveness and Renewal) sponsors the National Invitational Conference on Education and Leadership.  The purpose of the convention is to provide an education and learning conference for educators, faculty, recent Ed.D. graduates, and students from across the United States.  The conference features faculty research presentations, Ed.D. dissertation presentations, and conversational presentations of dissertations in process.  The convention is a venue for faculty and researchers to present at a national conference as well as an opportunity for exceptional students to present nationally.  Specifically, the conference focuses on the scholarship of 1) discovery, 2) integration, 3) application, and 4) teaching (Boyer, 1990).
