  • Submit two copies of official transcripts with a minimum GPA of 3.4. Transcripts marked "Issued to Student" are not recognized as official transcripts. Official transcripts must be mailed directly from the university granting the degrees. Request transcripts be mailed directly to:

  • Submit record of immunizations submitted to the Health Clinic. Click here for information.
  • Complete a successful interview and interview writing experience

  • Submit evidence of passing scores from one of the following exams:
    • 378 on Miller Analogy Test
    • 800 on Graduate Record Exam (verbal and quantitative combined)
    • International Students only: TOEFL scores in addition to MAT or GRE
      • 550 paper version
      • 213 computer version
  • Submit two letters of recommendations from individuals who know your abilities.
  • Submit a resume.
  • Submit a completed application.
