Administrative Licenses

Requirements for the Instructional Leadership License - Beginning (ILL-B) include:

1. Completed required coursework in Educational Leadership.

2. Pass State required test.

3. Submit a copy of test score to the School of Education.

4. Must hold the ILL-B and have completed three years as an instructional leader.

5. Be responsible for contacting the dean of the School of Education to set up a professional plan for moving from ILL-B to ILL-P.

6. Submit appropriate forms to the State Department of Education to verify advancement to ILL-P.

Requirements for the Instructional Leadership License - Professional (ILL-P)

1. The ILL-P must hold the ILL-B and have completed three years as an instructional leader.

2.Be responsible for contacting the dean of the School of Education to set up a professional plan for moving from ILL-B to ILL-P.

3. Submit appropriate forms to the State Department of Education to verify advancement to ILL-P.
