Meet Jared Austin, Admissions Counselor
Welcome to Trevecca's Admissions site!; If you are planning to apply or have already applied as a communications, business, or music business undergraduate major, then I'm your admissions counselor; If you're undecided about a major and you live in Kentucky, East Tennessee, or Georgia, then I am your admissions counselor as well.My name is Jared Austin. Originally, I'm from Sparta, Tennessee, but after high school, I came to Trevecca to study communication and play basketball. After graduating in 2003 with a degree in mass communication, I moved up north and worked in television for five years. Recently, I was given the opportunity to return to Trevecca and work as an admissions counselor, and I love the job.
Ultimately, I know Trevecca provides a life-altering experience. Trevecca builds the entire person . . . spiritually, mentally, academically, professionally, emotionally, socially. I firmly believe Trevecca gave me the necessary ingredients for success in every aspect of my life.
I am convinced that my choice to attend Trevecca was one of the biggest and best life decisions that I have ever made.
