Camp Adrian - Adrian, GA

 

As worship leaders, we want so much more than just to throw together services week after week that we hope that our people will like and participate in.  Our greatest dream is that the services of worship in our churches would be inspiring, formation and draw our people into a deeper relationship with God.  In this 2-day retreat, Heather Daugherty, Director of the Center for Worship Arts, and Ben and Angela LaPlace, pastors of Ebenezer Church of the Nazarene, will lead in large group sessions as well as smaller workshops.  Additional time will be given for networking and resource sharing.

Tentative Schedule

Friday, September 21

5:00 p.m. - Registration and Check-In

6:00 p.m. - Dinner

7:00 p.m. - Opening Session: Developing a Theology of Worship

Saturday, September 22

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast

8:30 a.m. - Workshop Session #1: Working with Volunteers

10:00 a.m. - Workshop Session #2: Putting it Together

11:30 a.m. - Lunch

12:30 p.m. - Workshop Session #3: Designing Worship Together

2:00 p.m. - Closing Worship Service

 

 

Retreat Costs (which includes conference, lodging and meals):

$80 for Private Lodge Room

$60 for Lodge Room with roommates

$55 for Dorm Lodging (no linens provided)
