New Textbooks
A 100% refund may be obtained during the first six business days of the semester when accompanied by the sales receipt or
charge slip.*
A 100% refund may be obtained during the 7th-14th business days of the
semester when accompanied by a class drop form and the sales receipt or charge slip.*
A 75% refund may be obtained during the 15th-21st business days of the
semester when accompanied by a class drop form and the sales receipt or charge slip.*
No returns will be accepted after the 21st day of the semester.
*All returns of new textbooks must be in new
condition. New condition is defined as no names, pen/pencil markings,
highlighting, bent corners, damaged covers, or damaged edges. Unless
they are defective, shrink-wrapped texts are not returnable once wrap
is broken.
Used Textbooks
During the first six business days of the semester, used textbooks may
be returned for a 100% refund when accompanied by the sales receipt or
charge slip.
A 50% refund may be obtained during the 7th-21st days of the semester
when accompanied by a class drop form as well as a sales receipt or
charge slip.
Summer School and Mini-term
Textbooks may be returned for a refun, 100% if new and 50% if
used, during the first two days of the semester when accompanied by a
class drop form as well as a sales receipt or charge slip.
NO returns or refunds will be given on books used in the post baccalaureate summer courses.
Any circumstances not covered above will need the direct authorization
of the bookstore manager. Business days of the semester are calculated
based on the first day of class. Book buy-back times are held at the
end of fall and spring semesters. The dates will be posted prior to
each semester.
