The bachelor's degree of science in psychology is designed to assist all students in acquiring an interpretation of human behavior which is in harmony with a Christian view of people and is substantiated by the empirical information of a solidly scientific psychology. The psychology major will give students a solid base of preparation for graduate study for post-baccalaureate work world.
The psychology major is a 120 credit hour major which prepares the student for the post-graduate work world and/or graduate school. The major covers the fundamental areas of psychology that are expected to appear in a degree in psychology. The courses are distinctive, however, in that they are taught by Christian faculty from a Christian perspective.
