BATESVILLE, Ark. - Trevecca (9-11, 0-5) visited Lyon College (13-7, 3-1) Saturday, but their struggles continued as they fell to the Scots 82-74.

The first half saw the Trojans jump out to as much as a 17 point lead before Lyon closed to within 5 at the break. In the second half, the Trojans drew their lead back out to 10 points, but the Scots began to cut away at that lead, eventually mounting a 10-0 run to take a 70-63 lead en route to the victory.

David Stark led the Trojans in scoring with 17 points in just 21 minutes. Wes Poe (15), and Curtis Lewis (11), were also in double-figures for the Trojans, who played the last five minutes without any post players, as Stark, Poe, and Eric Price all fouled out. Price, Stark and Brandon Howard, who also fouled out, led the team with five boards each.

As a team, the Trojans shot 26-57 from the field (49.1%), 4-14 from three point land (28.6%), and 14-19 from the charity stripe (73.7%)
