Jacob Ward begins his third season as the Trojans head coach. Ward began his coaching career as an assistant for the men's and women's programs during the 2002-03 season. Ward was named the head men's coach for the 2003-04 season. Ward continues to assist with the women's program now coached by Michael Johnson.
Through his recruiting and teaching efforts the men's program has improved its competitive level in the TranSouth Conference.
Ward, a fomer Trojan golfer, graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2002 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration Degree and a 3.0 GPA. In his four year career with the Trojans, Ward earned All-TranSouth honors twice and served as the team's Co-Captain.
Ward lives in Nashville, Tenn. with his wife, Rhea Lynn Ward and son Ethan.
