Michael Frazee begins his second season as the goalkeepers coach on the Trojans coaching staff. Frazee played his high school soccer at Farragut High School in Knoxville, Tennessee, and he went on to play collegiate soccer at Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina.
At Francis Marion, Frazee earned all-conference honors in 2000 and 2001, and was named to the all-southeast team in 2000. Frazee holds the Francis Marion record for most shutouts in a season, notching eight in 21 matches during the 2000 season, leading his team to the second of back-to-back 17 win seasons and an appearance in the NCAA Division II Elite Eight. He also holds the Patriots’ career record for shutouts (16 in 46 Matches) and had two separate shutout streaks of 300 minutes or more. His four-year 0.93 Goals Against Average is a Francis Marion record as well. He also backstopped the Patriots to a Peach Belt Conference Tournament Championship and #20 ranking in 1999, and a PBC regular season title in 2000.
