Library Access for Southeast Region Pastors ![]() Nazarene pastors on the southeast region are able to obtain a Trevecca library card from the Public Services Librarian. An application for the Library Card can be picked up at the Waggoner Library Circulation Desk or from the Public Services Librarian, Ruth Kinnersley.
The Office of the Chaplain has created an extensive collection of small group resources and curriculum that is available for pastors to use. This collection can be found in the Instructional Resources Center (IRC) in the lower level of the Waggoner Library. A list of available resources can be found here. This library card will allow the patron to check out books from the main collection for 28 days with 2 renewals. Materials from the IRC may also be checked out, the IRC materials cannot be renewed. Guest passes may be checked out from the main reserve desk for two hours of computer use; all other reserve materials cannot be checked out by pastors. Patrons from out of town are responsible for getting materials back to the library by the due date. Remote access to electronic resources is not available for alumni or pastors. All overdue materials must be returned and fines must be paid before further library materials can be checked out. Overdue fines for materials from the main collection are charged at a rate of ten cents per item per day. If library items are overdue for more than 30 days, they are declared lost and a bill for replacement will be issued. Pastors may check out up to 10 items at a time. Some specific types of materials have more restrictive limits. For a more detailed explanation. Please visit the libraries circulation policies for alumni and pastors. For more detailed library information and to search the library catalog. Please visit the Library's main page. |
