Knowing that the job of pastor is one of the most demanding in our society today, Trevecca has created the Beside Still Waters program to give pastors time to rest, relax and allow God to minister to them as they take time away from the busyness of everyday responsibilities.

We are honored to invite 8 pastors per school year (4 each semester) onto our campus for a week with no agendas, no meetings - just times of quiet, relaxation and rejuvenation.  Participants in our program join us on campus for 4-5 days of  sabbath rest.  While pastors are on our campus, we will provide housing in our VIP Room and meals in our dining hall. We also offer opportunities to sit in on classes and attend chapel services, and full access to our library and fitness facilities.

My week at TNU for the Beside Still Waters retreat was time redeemed.
