Cracker Barrel's Internal Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is looking for a licensed counselor for a temporary 12 to 16 week assignment.  During this time you will serve as Case Manager to employees and dependents, you will assess and identify needs, make referrals and manage behavioral health care services. The EAP counselor also provides crisis stabilization, management consultation and coaches employees on making healthy lifestyle changes. In addition, you will provide training to restaurant and retail management to orient individuals and groups to the Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field
  • At least 3 year’s of clinical counseling experience including exposure to and working knowledge of EAP and managed care programs
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW,LPC) required
  • CEAP credential is preferred

Renewal House, is seeking a full-time Project Manager/Family Therapist and a part-time Dialectical Behavior Therapy Specialist.
 
The Project Manager/Family Therapist must demonstrate fluency in working with  members of the family from birth to seniors; be literate in the disease concept of addiciton and the 12 step philosophy for recovery; apply an integrated approach of care for individuals with co-occuring disorders; work well within a team; and possess excellent administrative and management skills.  Primary clinical responsibilities are to provide: family centered assessments; 12 step models and family systems.  This person will serve as the Project Manager for the federal grant which is funding this position.  As the Project Manager, administrative responsibilities include: oversight of enhanced mental health and DBT servcies; collection of data; conveying of an advisory panel; drafting and posting project status updates.  Work schedule will require some flexibility to work night and weekend hours as family members are available to meet.
