The Apple Dining Hall is located in Jernigan Student Center.
Apple Dinning Hall features
- Continuous service offered Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturday is brunch from 11:00 AM-12:00 Noon and dinner from 5:00-6:00 PM. Sunday is a continental breakfast from 8:00-9:00 AM, lunch from 12:00 Noon-1:00 PM, and dinner from 4:30-5:30 PM.
- Students on the meal plan can come in anytime for a full meal or a quick snack.
- Each dinner meal during the week includes a carved meat, i.e. salmon or roast beef
- Self-Cook station offered
- Old World Style pizza cooked fresh
- Bonus Bites are offered once a week, such as Decorate Your Own Cookies or Chocolate Fountains
- The food service team accommodates for food allergies and will prepare sack meals for busy students
The Hub is a fast food service located in the basement of the Jernigan Student Center.
The Hub features
- Starbucks coffee
- Hamburgers and other grill selections offered
- Students may use exchange meals, Hub credit, cash, or credit card
- Open for lunch Monday – Friday and evenings Monday – Sunday
The Cube is a sandwich shop located in the Boone Business Building.
The Cube features
- Order your subs, sandwiches, or wraps made fresh
- Open for lunch Monday - Saturday and for dinner Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Students may use exchange meals, cash, or credit card
