Campus Manager: Registration Instructions for Mac OS Go Back
Please follow these steps:
1. The operating system must be MAC OS 10.1 or higher. To verify the version, click on the Apple icon in the top left and click About This Mac.
2. Your computer must have the latest Software Updates. Click on the Apple icon in the top left and click Software Update... Download and install all updates. Restart after updates are installed, go back to Software Update and install all updates until it says there are no updates available.
REGISTER YOUR COMPUTER:
1. Delete your Internet Cache.
Open Safari web browser. On the top left, click Safari, then click Empty Cache. Click Empty.
2. If you have a firewall and it is enabled, you must first disable it temporarily.
Click on the Apple icon in the top left. Click System Preferences. Under Internet & Network, click Sharing. In the very center, click Firewall. If it says Firewall On, click Stop. Firewall is turned off when it displays Firewall Off. NOTE Leopard 10.5 users: The Firewall is turned off by default.
3. Type the following address into your browser: http://register.trevecca.edu. Read this registration webpage carefully to ensure proper selection.
4. Complete the form by entering the requested information (all fields are mandatory). Choose Continue and click Run to run the Bradford_Dissolvable_Agent file to scan your computer. Alternatively, click Save to save it to your computer. If you click Save, remember the name of the folder where you save the file.
5. If you get a “Login Failed, Authentication Failure” error dialogue box upon pressing Continue, please check for the following:
1.) Your password is incorrect. Passwords are case-sensitive.
2.) Your account is locked. This occurs after 3 failed login attempts.
3.) You do not have a network account.
4.) You have a network account but have not changed the default password. To change password, login at a lab computer or open Citrix at http://lester.trevecca.edu. Citrix can be accessed off campus or on campus using a registered computer.
7. After completing the registration process, please remember to re-enable your firewall!
