Windows OS

You must have a valid TNU-supplied network account user name and password, and you must first install Citrix Receiver. If you have never used Citrix from this computer before, please download Citrix Receiver (See links below). If you have never logged onto your network account, please see Citrix login information.


Citrix Receiver Download

*NOTE: Citrix Receiver allows you to open applications in a web browser at http://citrix.trevecca.edu.

Mac OS

You must have a valid TNU-supplied network account user name and password, and you must first install Citrix Receiver. Citrix Receiver Download

iPad / iPhone

  1. On the iPad or iPhone, download and install Citrix Receiver from the App Store.
  2. PRESS HERE. When prompted to add account, click the Add Account button.
  3. Type in your TNU Username and Password. Then, press Save.

Android OS

Download Citrix Receiver from Google Play Store. Then, PRESS HERE. Open with Citrix Receiver.

How To...

Add a Printer

  1. Go to Citrix: http://citrix.trevecca.edu and log on using your TNU credentials.
  2. At the main Applications page, click on the folder named General.
  3. Click on Printer Settings.
  4. The Printers window will appear. Click Add a Printer.
  5. The Add Printer window appears. Click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.
  6. On the bottom, click The printer that I want isn't listed.
  7. In the Select a shared printer by name field, type in \\Print1\
  8. A list of printers will automatically appears. Select the desired printer. Then, click Next.
  9. Click Next. Optionally checkbox if you want it as your default printer. Then, click Finish.

Map a Network Drive (Share)

  1. Go to Citrix: http://citrix.trevecca.edu and logon using your TNU credentials.
  2. At the Applications page, click on the folder named General.
  3. Click on File Manager.
  4. A new window will appear (Computer). At the top, click Map network drive.
  5. The Map Network Drive window appears.
  6. In the Folder: field, type in the network share path. The format will be the following: \\Server_Name\Share_Name$. Most likely there will be a dollar sign at the end. You may choose whatever drive letter you want that isn't already assigned.

Problems?

  • If you cannot logon (network account locked / require password reset), please use the contact information to the right.
  • If you can logon but cannot open applications (nothing happens, cannot open launch.ica, etc.) please try installing Citrix Receiver located at http://receiver.citrix.com.
