Does Trevecca offer Training for Office 2010

Trevecca has partnered with Microsoft to provide employees and students FREE online training on Microsoft products. This includes the latest version of Microsoft Office plus an extensive portfolio of IT professional and developer classes. Training methods include simulations, games, video, and interactive text. Outlook 2010

Access Print Shop Form

*IMPORTANT* Be sure to leave the From... field BLANK.

Add a signature

  1. Click on File.
  2. Click Options.

  3. Click Mail.
  4. Click Signatures. Click for larger picture.

  5. Click New.
  6. Type in name and click OK.

  7. Type your signature.
  8. Press OK. Click for larger picture.

  9. Select the 2 drop down menus for New messages and Replies/forwards to use the new signature.

Out of Office

Recall a Message

  1. Click on your Sent Items folder.
  2. Double-click the message you want to recall.
  3. Go to Actions > Recall this Message...

  4. Select the radio button you desire and press OK.

Redirect Replies

  1. Create a New E-mail message.
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Click Direct Replies To.

  4. In the Have replies sent to: text box, type in the e-mail address. Alternatively, click the Select Names... button to open the Global Address Book.

  5. Press Close and the Direct Replies To button will remain highlighted.

Share Calendar

  1. Assuming the Calendar tab is selected in Outlook, right-click Calendar located under My Calendars.
  2. Go to Share > Share Calendar.

Word 2010

Change Default Font Size

  1. Click the small button in the bottom right of the Font section.

  2. Change the Size to the desired number.
  3. Click the Set As Default button in the bottom left.

  4. Click the radio button: All documents based on the Normal template? and click OK.

Change Default Line Spacing

  1. Click the small button in the bottom right of the Paragraph section. Click to Enlarge.

  2. Under Spacing, change After: to 0 pt and Line Spacing to Single.
  3. Click the Set as Default button at the bottom.

  4. Click the radio button: All documents based on the Normal template? and click OK.
