Live@edu - Student Access
TNU has partnered with Microsoft to offer our students a Microsoft hosted e-mail service called "Live@edu." This service will provide TNU students with a 10GB mailbox, allow up to 20MB attachments, along with various other useful features. For returning students, this will replace your current @trevecca.edu e-mail account. How do I access my account? How can I transfer e-mail from my current Trevecca e-mail to Live@edu? Login to OWA (Outlook Web Access) webmail.trevecca.edu and forward your e-mail to your new Live@edu e-mail account (username@mail.trevecca.edu) Can I access my Live@edu e-mail through POP3 on my Smart Phone?
Yes. Please use the following information: POP server: outlook.com (Port 995) POP SSL required? Yes User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example yourname@mail.trevecca.edu Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Windows Live SMTP server: pod51000.outlook.com (Port 25) Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password) TLS/SSL required? Yes What other services are available?
