You will receive this error if:

1. Your username and/or password is incorrect.
2. Your network account is locked out.
3. You have not changed the default password. Click Here for login instructions.
4. Ninety days have passed without your password being changed. Go to Citrix and login and see if it prompts you to change your password.

If you are experiencing difficulties registering in Campus Manager, please call the ITS HelpDesk at 615-248-1223.

To pass Campus Manager,  you must complete the following two steps from any location where you can make an Internet connection.

1. Windows Updates
   Your computer must have the latest Critical and Security (Important) updates for Windows. You can access Windows Updates by going to Control Panel. After updates are installed, restart and re-check until 0 updates are remaining.
2. Anti-Malware (Anti-virus and Anti-Spyware)
   Your computer must have anti-malware software installed, fully functional, and up-to-date in order to pass Campus Manager. If you require anti-malware software, we recommend Microsoft Security Essentials, free from Microsoft. Click Here to download.

We do not currently enforce operating system updates or anti-malware software. Go to the Campus Manager Registration Page and choose the appropriate selection.

You may register your device at the Campus Manager Registration Page using option 2. If you encounter difficulties registering your device, please contact the ITS HelpDesk at 615-248-1223.

You may register your device at the Campus Manager Registration Page using option 1 or 3.

Computers running Linux must be brought to the ITS HelpDesk in person and manually registered for Internet access. See our hours of operation and location on the right side under Information.
