Login Account Information
Please enroll into our password/account reset tool by clicking HERE!
If you have forgotten your password or your account is locked, you will need to navigate to https://password.trevecca.edu. You must be enrolled into the password/account reset tool in order to reset or unlock your account. If you have NOT enrolled into the tool please call: (615)248-1223 for assistance with resetting your password. If no one picks up, please leave a voicemail clearly stating your First and Last name and a contact phone number. Please note our Hours of Operation on the right side of the page.
TNU Network (Citrix) Account
Allows access to:
- TNU Office 365 E-mail
- Citrix - Including the MyTNU Page
- Computer Labs / Library Computers
- Connect (Learning Management System)
First Time Users
Your username and password will be the same as your TNU network (Citrix) account.
The first time you log into Self-Service, you will be prompted to enter 4 pieces of information:
- Student ID (9 digits)
- First Name (formal not nickname)
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
If any of these don't match, you must call the Office of Academic Records at (615) 248-1268 or ext. 1268.
