Login Account Information
TNU Network (Citrix) Account
Allows access to:
- TNU Office 365 E-mail
- Citrix - Including the MyTNU Page
- Computer Labs / Library Computers
- Connect (Learning Management System)
First Time Users
(If off campus, you will have to use Citrix to reset your password. On campus you can use Citrix or Lab/Library Computers.)
If you have forgotten your password or your account is locked, you will need to contact the HelpDesk.
Please call: (615)248-1223. We can ONLY do password resets over the phone. If no one picks up, please leave a voicemail clearly stating your First and Last name and a contact phone number. Please note our Hours of Operation on the right side of the page.
Your username and password will be the same as your TNU network (Citrix) account.
The first time you log into Self-Service, you will be prompted to enter 4 pieces of information:
- Student ID (9 digits)
- First Name (formal not nickname)
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
If any of these don't match, you must call the Office of Academic Records at (615) 248-1268 or ext. 1268.
