TNU Network Account
Allows access to:
  • TNU E-mail
  • Citrix - Including the ICE (Intranet Campus Exchange) Page
  • Computer Labs / Library Computers

First Time Users - Please Click Here for information on how to logon and reset your default password.
(If off campus, you will have to use Citrix to reset your password. You cannot do this through
Webmail.
On campus you can use Citrix or Lab/Library Computers.)

Forgot Password?
  • If you have forgotten your password or your account is locked, you will need to contact the HelpDesk.
    Please call: (615)248-1223. We can ONLY do password resets over the phone. If no one picks up, please leave a voicemail clearly stating your First and Last name and a contact phone number. Please note our Hours of Operation on the right side of the page.


IQWeb Access

  • If you have never logged in to your account, please call the HelpDesk. Your username will most likely be your first and middle initial, followed by your last name.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please see this link: What if I forget my current password?
    - This sends an e-mail to your Trevecca e-mail address. Please see the above section "E-mail or Citrix Access"
  • If your Birth date is incorrect in our system, or your account is locked, you will need to contact the HelpDesk.
