How to Access Old E-mails

To access your old e-mail, go to www.outlook.com/mail.trevecca.edu and login with your old e-mail address: username@mail.trevecca.edu. Any e-mails you want to keep must be forwarded to your new e-mail account (username@trevecca.edu).

*IMPORTANT* Your password does not synchronize to your old (@mail.trevecca.edu) e-mail address. Login to your old e-mail address using the password you had on Friday, July 26th.

Can't Login to Outlook Web App?

Some users may not be able to access Outlook Web App. Our experience has indicated a possible issue with Comcast (on their end). Please try changing your DNS settings to Google Public DNS or contact the ITS HelpDesk for assistance.
