The TNU ITS department is excited to announce the new deployment of a self-administering password and account management tool to help you reset your TNU passwords on your own without ITS helpdesk assistance. This new feature lets you enroll into the program for self-administered password resets or account unlocks, very similar to what you do with online banking or other accounts.  Below, are the instructions about how to enroll into the automated password reset program in just 5 simple steps:

STEP 1) It is very easy to use! All you have to do is enroll yourself by copying and pasting the link given below into a web browser and then follow the enrollment wizard.

STEP 2) You’ll need to login with your Trevecca username and temporary password

  • Enter in the letters you see from the “captcha” window (see screenshot below)

STEP 3) Once you log in you should get a screen that looks like the one below that will guide you through the enrollment process into the tool:

  • After you click on “Click Here” you should then see the screen below. Please note, you must choose two generic questions to give answers to and then create your own unique questions for the last two.

STEP 4) You will then need to either click on “EnrollORVerification Code” in order to see the screen below to enter in your mobile number and secondary email address:

  • This information is ONLY used to send you password information should you accidently lock yourself out at a later date, so make sure you input a working mobile number and secondary email.

Step 5) Change your password via clicking on the “Change Password” link located on the left side of the screen under “Account Management”

If at any time your password expires or you’re accidentally locked out, just visit to reset!
