Photography services request form
Please complete the form below to request photography services from Trevecca's marketing department. An e-mail will be sent to you as confirmation of your request.

NOTE: This photo request is not for Employee directory photos.
Employee directory photos will be taken the first and third Monday of every month.

  • Please submit requests for business cards at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • If your event is less than 2 weeks away, please go ahead and submit your request. Then send an email directly to MSJackson@trevecca.edu explaining your event and any urgent circumstances.



Please note specific times below.
If your event has more than 1 start time/ end time, please make sure to explain what you require in the "Notes" section below.


 

 

Note: Your department will be responsible for compensating an assigned student photographer IF your request requires after-hours work for more than 60 minutes. E-mail msjackson@trevecca.edu with questions about fees and whether or not your request qualifies.

Sent by campus mail as high-resolution images on CD or DVD

Because of the high volume of requests, turn around time for receiving your images can be between 7-10 working days.


After you press "submit," you should receive an e-mail confirmation detailing the request information we have received.

If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your request did not submit correctly. Either contact Melissa Jackson at x1402 to confirm the request went through or re-submit the request.
