Tennessee HOPE Scholarship for Non-traditional Students


In order to be eligible for the Tennessee HOPE Scholarship for Non-traditional students, a student must meet the following criteria:

  • File the FAFSA
  • 25 years of age or older
  • Adjusted Gross income less than $36,000 per year
  • Have not been enrolled in college for at least 2 years
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 after 12 attempted semester hours

Students must contact Trevecca's Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility.

  • Scholarships are awarded in the amount of $2000/semester
  • Students are eligible to receive HOPE Scholarship funds for a maximum of 5 years
  • Students who started the MHR Program in April 2009 and later are eligible
