Coursework
Did you know . . .
The average MHR student is about 37 years of age, works full-time, often has numerous family and social responsibilities, and is highly motivated to learn and complete their bachelor's degree.
MHR Curriculum
The 57-week MHR track consists of 10 five-, six-, and seven-week modules and an applied research project. The course work is interdisciplinary and human-science based. Areas of emphasis include leadership, management theory, interpersonal relations, conflict management, human resources management, and organizational and group behavior. Courses in biblical perspectives and values complement the management curriculum and fulfill Trevecca's mission of integrating faith and learning. All courses are taught from a Christian worldview.
Electives
The MHR Program offers elective modules on a regular basis (at least once a year) for students who need additional traditional credit and for MHR special students. All classes meet from 6:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. on the campus of Trevecca Nazarene University.
