This week, April 14, the campus welcomes more than 1,500 visitors who will be attending TNT@TNU (Top Nazarene Talent at Trevecca Nazarene University). Sponsored by the Nazarene Youth International division of the Church of the Nazarene in the southeast U.S., this annual event is the culmination of talent competitions conducted on the twelve districts of the Church of the Nazarene in the Southeast.
The competitions cover a wide range of talents--including art, music, sports, and academic subjects--that are designed to recognize that all persons have distinctive gifts and talents. District winners in these areas come to Trevecca to compete in a final competition that takes place over a three-day period with the final ceremonies held on Saturday, April 17.
Opening ceremonies were held Wednesday night, April 14, at the Ryman Auditorium with competitions held throughout Thursday and Friday. At the concluding ceremony a winning district will be announced.
