Classical guitarist to perform at Trevecca

Classical guitarist Stanley Yates will be in concert Friday, October 15, at 10:30 A.M. in Wakefield Auditorium. There is no charge for admission to hear this performer who has been positively reviewed by journalists in America and abroad. Yates is currently a professor of music at Austin Peay State University.

Yatesís publication by Mel Bay Publications is called ìStanley Yates Seriesî and includes music of Bach, Albeniz, Rak, and Shand. He performs locally, nationally, and abroad musical pieces of extensive variety. The current project explores the late-romantic period.
