Spiritual Renewal Week at Trevecca will feature the preaching ministry
of Steve Green, senior pastor at Oklahoma City First Church of
the Nazarene in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the W. N. King Professor
of Theology at Southern Nazarene University. Prior to accepting
these positions in Oklahoma, Dr. Green had been the pastor of churches
in Tennessee, Ohio, and California. Additionally, he has taught
theology and Bible at Trevecca Nazarene University, Nazarene
Theological Seminary, Olivet Nazarene University, MidAmerica Nazarene
University, Point Loma Nazarene University, Azusa Pacific University,
and Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Green is a graduate of Southern
Nazarene University, Nazarene Theological Seminary, Vanderbilt
University, and Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Greenís theological
passion concerns the nature of God, the church, and the doctrine of
holiness. He and his wife, Elaine, have two children: Stephanie and
Michael, who both attend Southern Nazarene University.
Services will be held during chapel at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday through
Thursday, in the sanctuary of Trevecca Community Church of the
Nazarene. Tuesday and Wednesday evening services will begin at 6:30 P.M.
