Alumni of Trevecca Nazarene University now have a new online community,
found at <http://alumni.trevecca.edu/>. Nancy Dunlap, director of
alumni services, has announced the addition of this new service for
alumni. She encourages all alumni to visit the new pages, to log
in, and to set up their accounts. Because it is a secured site,
completing registration and obtaining approval of alumni status usually
requires 48 hours. Once alumni are registered, they can communicate
with other alums, can set up "chat rooms" for their own class groups,
can create their own personal Web pages, can update their address and
other information with Trevecca, can share photo galleries, will be able register online for
alumni events, and will be able to participate in many other
interesting and entertaining activities.
When Trevecca launched its new Web site in the fall of 2003, this part
of the site was not part of the initial offerings. Alumni have
repeatedly requested a more interactive and interesting site where they
could contact other alumni. This new part of the Trevecca site has much
to offer. Alumni are asked to log in and become part of this new
"electronic Trevecca community."
