Trevecca at Indianapolis
On display in the Nazarene Missionary International area will be the bronze statue of Christ that will be erected on Treveccaís campus in July. Immediately after the assembly closes, the statue will be transported to the campus where its sculptor, Tim Stearman, will oversee the mounting of the statue in its new home in the roundabout on the main campus drive.
Trevecca will also host a hospitality room in the Downtown Marriott Hotel (the Lincoln Room on the second floor). Visitors can enjoy a video of Trevecca projected on a large-screen while they rest and enjoy refreshments. University representatives will be available to welcome alumni and friends. President Reed is scheduled to visit the hospitality room and autograph his new book.
On Saturday, June 25, at 11:30 A.M., Trevecca alumni and friends will meet for lunch in the Downtown Marriott Hotel. Tickets for this event will be available in Indianapolis; interested persons should stop by the Trevecca display in the IBOE exhibit area or visit the Trevecca hospitality room.
This quadrennial meeting offers many ways for Trevecca alumni and friends to get reacquainted.
