Fresh from a 12 day European concert tour, the Trevecca Symphony Orchestra, one of Nashville’s most prominent college/community instrumental ensembles, announces the opening of its 19th season and limited openings for all strings, with special emphasis in violas and basses. The 65-piece TSO performs seven concerts during its season including chamber, classical, choral, and pops. Among featured composers this fall are Beethoven, Borodin, Brahms, Debussy, Satie, Offenbach and Mendelssohn. The Trevecca Symphony Orchestra is open by audition or approval for capable and experienced volunteer orchestral musicians.
