Marshall Duke, 1970 alum of Trevecca, has been named the new coordinator of Men’s Ministries with the Sunday School Department of Nazarene International Headquarters in Kansas City, Mo.
Duke and his wife Rebecca have lived and served in Cincinnati, Ohio for over 30 years, where he served as associate coordinator of the Master of Arts Education Program at Mount VernonNazareneUniversity. Prior to that, he served as an elementary school principal in Cincinnati. Duke also served as director of ministries for adults over the age of 55 at SpringdaleChurch of the Nazarene and served the Southwestern Ohio District as Adult Ministries director. In addition, Duke served as a team member for 16 of the USA/Canada 2004 TEACH Conferences for pastors and Sunday School leaders, sponsored by Sunday School Ministries.
Duke has been a long-time friend of Trevecca since receiving his Bachelor’s in Science in 1970. His wife Rebecca also attended the University. The couple has two children (Amy is a 1996 Trevecca graduate) and two grandchildren.
