President announces restructuring of administrationópreparation for strategic plan
Trevecca's former vice president for academic affairs, Stephen M. Pusey, will become the new provost and cheif academic officer as the University implements its strategic plan.At that same time, Boone appointed two current administrators to those two new executive positions. Trevecca’s new provost and chief academic officer will be Stephen M. Pusey, formerly the vice president for academic affairs, and the new executive vice president for financial services and administration is Mark Wm. Myers, formerly the vice president for financial services.

Additionally, Boone announced that Steve Harris, Trevecca’s dean of student development, will become associate provost and dean of student development. The University will announce the names of the other associate provosts and the assistant to the president for development/marketing as those posts are filled.
The new strategic plan, awaiting endorsement by the Trevecca Board of Trustees, is intended to help Trevecca improve services to students while addressing the changing culture of higher education.
