Trevecca Nazarene University

"Face of the Future" Days

Trevecca’s department of science and mathematics will host “Face of the Future” days April 12 and 13, that will feature a solar-powered vehicle and personal carbon footprints provided by a University ecology class.

The vehicle, on loan from Middle Tennessee State University, is a record-wining solar-powered vehicle which is actually powered by the hydrogen generated from electricity taken from the roof. The ecology class present at the display will be there to explain the vehicle and to take down the answers to a few questions so that a personal carbon footprint can be generated for anyone.

This event will occur Thursday, April 12 and Friday, April 13 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the campus quad.
