Library Science Program hosts meeting

The faculty of the Master's in Library and Information Science (MLIS) Program is hosting a meeting for institutions that use
Livetext, program that the School of Education and MLIS use for eportfolios. The Tennessee User’s Group meeting is held today (October 15) in Waggoner Library.  Approximately 25 professors from other universities will participate in this meeting that runs from 10 A.M. until 3 P.M.  Judy Bivens, professor in the MLIS Program, will make a presentation about the ways that Trevecca uses Livetext as part of its NCATE MLIS SPA report.

Participating schools include the following: Troy State University, University of West Alabama, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Lincoln Memorial University, St. Catherine, Free Will Baptist College, David Lipscomb University, Murray State University, Cumberland University, Belmont University, and Trevecca.
