School of Education seeks input

In preparation for its fall 2008 accreditation review by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), Trevecca's School of Education seeks comments and input from persons who have insights about the quality of the University's programs that prepare teachers and school personnel.

The School of Education is happy to comply with federal regulations require that accrediting agencies allow for public comment on the qualifications of institutions or programs under consideration for first accreditation.

NCATE and Trevecca recognize the value of the perspectives of graduates, parents, schools, and community organizations--perspectives that address the substantive matters related to the quality of the professional education programs at Trevecca. Persons who can offer written testimony regarding the School of Education and its programs are asked to do the following:
    State their relationship to Trevecca (if any) and
    send those testimonials to the following address by April 10, 2008:

Copies of all comments received will be sent to Trevecca for response prior to the review.
