Basketball teams--National rankings announced

The first regular season NAIA Division-I basketball top 25 polls for men and women have been released. Trevecca's men are ranked No. 7, and the women are ranked No. 9. Trevecca is one of only three NAIA Division-1 schools with both men's and women's basketball teams ranked in the top 10. Trevecca's men are No.7 and the women No. 9. Lee's (University) women are No. 4 and the men are No. 9. Oklahoma Baptist is the third school and their women are No. 6 and the men are No. 4.

The women will be back in action on Friday, December 7, 2007, when they host the Pops Duncan Classic. Trevecca will face Temple Baptist (0-3) at 7 P.M. on Dec. 7 and NAIA Division-2 No. 1 College of the Ozarks (8-0) at 4 P.M. on Saturday, December 8, 2007.
