Trevecca’s School of Business invited students, local alumni, friends of the University, and even prospective students to come for chapel and the beakfast held prior to the event.
Greene spoke to the students on the topic of "How to be a Successful CEO." Greene has spent his life in the corporate world working to encourage other leaders to exhibit Christian leadership. He believes that the primary goal of the CEO/Owner is to lead in a way that would encourage others to desire to follow Christ and His teachings. A founding member of Fellowship of Companies for Christ, Greene now wants to help other Christian CEOs find the same answers.
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Greene has held management positions in several hospitals in Jackson, Tennessee; Mobile, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia (Emory University Hospital) and served for ten years as President of Hospital Operations for Humana, Inc. During his time with Humana, Inc., Greene led the company in becoming the largest for profit hospital company in the world.
