Trevecca Lights up the Night at Greer Stadium
The Trojans wrapped up their regular season home schedule on Saturday, April 19, and many friends of Trevecca were there under the lights to cheer them on to a win. Greer Stadium is the home of the Nashville Sounds. The evening "under the lights" was designed raise awareness of the team's need for a lighted baseball field on campus.
Families and friends came, free of charge, for the evening baseball game atmosphere, the stadium food, give aways, games, and a free post-game concert.
Trevecca's Heritage Men's Chorale sang the national anthem before the game started. Paul Jones, sports director for Channel Fox-17, threw out the first pitch. WORD music’s Lanae Hale and CircleSlide performed a free concert.
