University President Dan Boone was the featured speaker for the event and Trevecca PR group Refuge provided music for worship. Also, Starfield provided music on site.

The group provided chuch ministries including general repairs to churches, landscaping, roofing, painting projects, cleaning, and construction. They also provided community ministries including VBS programs for community kids, painting projects, and community cleanup.
