The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced its 2007-2008 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll for NAIA schools and Trevecca placed 13th with a 3.444 team grade point average (GPA). The awards recognize teams throughout the nation that have the highest GPA for the 2007-2008 season based upon nominations submitted by WBCA-member coaches.

Trevecca peaked at No. 11 during the 2000-2001 season with a 3.440 combined grade point average. Trevecca was No. 18 in the 2001-2002 season (3.345 combined GPA), No. 21 in 2004-2005 (3.322), No. 22 during the 1998-1999 (3.243), and No. 22 in 2006-2007 (3.308).
GPAs are calculated by dividing the total number of quality points earned by each student-athlete on an institution's roster in the given academic terms by the total number of hours earned by the team. The GPAs are rounded to the nearest thousandth of a point.
