Spring semester class is taught by retired US Ambassador

Trevecca secured the services of retired US Ambassador to Bolivia, Hon. C. Richard Bowers, to teach the spring semester class, International Relations.

Ambassador Bowers brings with him a wealth of US State Department experience, having served as a career diplomat with embassy assignments in Panama, Warsaw, Bonn, and Singapore prior to his appointment as Ambassador to Bolivia in 1991.

“It is a great opportunity for students, faculty, and others to be in a class taught by someone of this magnitude.  We are fortunate to have someone like him teach for us at TNU,” said Ron Maurer, chair of the Division of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
