Highlights of Trevecca’s accomplishments during Boone’s first four years include the following:

• Update of the University’s strategic and master campus plans
• Renovation of a warehouse space into the Boone Business Building (convocation center, snack shop, and home of the Trevecca School of Business)
• Development and implementation of the Center for Leadership, Calling, and Service (a program for helping students find their life’s calling in order to match their talents/gifts with a career path that allows them to use their innate skills/gifts)
• Establishment of two multi-disciplinary programs which are the J. V. Morsch Center for Social Justice and the Center for Worship Arts
• Renovations of the Bud Robinson Building into a home for the Center for Leadership, Calling, and Service
• The addition of two more degree-completion programs for adult learners—Criminal Justice and Information Technology
• Continued increases in enrollment and undergraduate retention rates
• Development of a new “brand” platform with accompanying implementation throughout the University
• And improvements in existing programs
