The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2009 NAIA Baseball All-Americans and two Trojans made the list.

Tim Dunn was selected to the NAIA First Team and Chris Lowe was named NAIA Honorable Mention. The teams are selected by the NAIA-Baseball Coaches Association (BCA) All-America Selection Committee. Dunn is the sixth (Eric Lavoie, Brad Stuart, Roger Brown, Brad Coon, Eric Van Slyke) Trojan to be named NAIA First Team All-American.

Dunn, with a 12-0 with 1.81 ERA, is eligible for next week’s Major League Baseball amateur draft and has received some interest from MLB teams. Trevecca’s senior Wes Griggs, from Sparta, Tenn., has been working out with some MLB scouts and has drawn some interest from those teams leading into next week’s draft.
