The Trevecca Symphony Orchestra and Master Chorale announce limited openings.
The Trevecca Symphony Orchestra, one of Nashville’s most prominent college/community instrumental ensembles celebrating its 22th season, announces limited openings for all strings, beginning in August, with special need for competent basses. The all-volunteer 65-piece TSO performs seven concerts during its season including chamber, classical, choral, and pops. Among featured composers this semester are Mendelssohn, Mozart, Beethoven, Respighi, and others. The Trevecca Symphony Orchestra is open by audition or approval for capable and experienced volunteer orchestral musicians. The Trevecca Master Chorale announces auditions for limited openings for the fall semester of its 12th season. Focusing on quality sacred and secular literature, the Master Chorale is seeking capable, motivated singers who display good musicianship, a compatible voice, and capable reading skills. The Chorale performs a minimum of three concerts through December and will feature a wide variety of composers in its challenging repertoire.
